Responsibilities:
- Involvement in all aspects of readiness for the London office relocation including separation of IT kit for disposal and return to lease of IT equipment
- Decommissioning of existing IT coms rooms
- Testing of all IT equipment on site ensuring fit for purpose ahead of being utilised at the new office
- Testing at the new office ensuring kit is fully operational
- Assist existing team where required with troubleshooting and supporting PC software/hardware, smartphones, application issues, installations, upgrades
- Assisting as necessary with hardware and software upgrades and rollouts
Qualifications:
- Good understanding and experience in troubleshooting & testing of IT kit and services
- A very high-level of communication skills is the key to this role.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify and manage priorities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Good relationship and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Team player
