You will be dealing primarily with high‑class commercial property. There will be an expectation that you contribute to business development together with the regional lead to maintain and grow the current offering in the region.

Qualifications

  • MRICS qualified
  • Fully conversant with working in a multi‑disciplinary Chartered Surveying environment
  • Excellent technical skills and commercial acumen
  • Experience in working in the South Wales consultancy market
  • Client focus and client‑first approach
  • Personal drive coupled with the ability to develop others, where required
  • Good teamwork ethos and approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commerciality and market focused
  • Ability to identify opportunities and generate business
