We are a global commercial real‑estate advisory firm whose aim is for real estate to play a leading role in creating vibrant buildings, cities and places that deliver long‑lasting social value and economic impact.

- Degree in Building Surveying (RICS‑accredited) or a related discipline such as Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
- Alternatively, a postgraduate conversion MSc in Building Surveying (RICS‑accredited) for candidates with a non‑cognate degree
- Genuine interest in working towards RICS chartership (APC)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with clients, contractors, and colleagues at all levels
- A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in IT systems and software relevant to building surveying (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Office)
