Responsibilities
- Tenant liaison and dealing with formal landlord and tenant matters such as tenant applications to assign, sub-let or carry out alterations
- Liaising with building, facilities and estate managers on day-to-day maintenance, repair and operational issues
- Setting and managing operating service charge budgets across a range of mainly industrial assets across the south east region
- Monitoring income and managing credit control alongside dedicated accounting personnel
- Client reporting - assist in the production of monthly/quarterly reports as required and attendance at client meetings
Ideally MRICS qualified. Experience in property management activities and in particular working across multiple assets in the industrial sector would be advantageous. An ability to identify and pursue asset management and other opportunities to assist the client team. Demonstrable client facing experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workloads. Proven ability to work as part of a national team. Able to use own initiative. Experience of property management platforms including MRi would be an advantage.
Qualifications
MRICS qualification is preferred; experience in property management across multiple industrial assets is advantageous; strong client facing experience and excellent communication skills are desirable.
