Responsibilities

  • Manage clients' rates portfolio and occasionally attend client meetings with senior members of the team.
  • Preparation of monthly rates and financial reporting for key clients.
  • Provide commentary to clients on monthly business rate and financial reporting.
  • Preparation of budget, forecast and variance for key clients.
  • Apply business rates legislation and case law to secure the best outcome for clients' rate liabilities.
  • Effectively maintain client data.
  • Producing monthly and ad-hoc reports for internal and external distribution.
  • Identify risk and opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing input into process improvement and efficiency.
  • Individual responsibility to develop skills and abilities to maintain high standards.
  • Other such duties as required.
  • Work within KPI parameters on a consistent basis.

  • Proven time management and organisational skills.

  • Knowledge or experience of flex workspace administration/management.
  • Knowledge or experience of Local Government finance.
