The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

Responsibilities

  • Support Regional Head with team management and development
  • Identify new business development opportunities
  • Attend all regional business development meetings
  • Assist Regional Head with financial administration for the region – forecasting fee billing, cash collection and debt management to key targets
  • Help Regional Head manage all risks and compliance
  • Prepare client reporting – produce monthly/quarterly reports and attend client meetings
  • Collaborate with in‑house data teams to keep lease data up to date
  • Respond to occupier queries on rent, service charges and other management matters
  • Act as tenant liaison and handle formal landlord and tenant matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals, tenant applications and related queries
  • Liaise with building managers and FM team on day‑to‑day maintenance, repair and operational issues for each property
  • Work with sustainability team to ensure ESG best practice is adopted across instructions
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Set up new properties/instructions

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment, ideally in property management
  • Strong desire to learn more about the property management sector
  • RICS qualification preferred but not essential for the right candidate
  • Experience in landlord and tenant matters
  • Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
  • Ability to fully integrate into the team
  • High level of commercial awareness and experience of development business with existing clients
  • Experience in generating and securing business
  • Experience within a professional services environment and working with blue‑chip companies
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with property management software, including Voyager (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Excel and other IT platforms such as PowerPoint and PDF editors
