Avison Young is seeking a London-based analyst for the Capital Markets Hotel & Hospitality team. You will work closely with senior brokers to evaluate hotel investments, build cash flow models, and support acquisitions and underwriting.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of financial analysis experience in hospitality, strong Excel and modelling skills, and knowledge of hotel metrics. You will contribute to investment memos, due diligence, and client-facing work in a collaborative team.
