Responsibilities

  • Working in our Service Charge and Insurance Consultancy team reviewing occupier costs, the role will involve:
  • Reviewing and analysing provisions within legal documentation
  • Analysing data from spreadsheets and other documents
  • Reviewing spreadsheets and documents to identify cost variances and reporting findings
  • Checking for recoverability of costs against legal documents
  • Chasing on open cases
  • Reviewing invoices and advising on payment
  • Amending systems in relation to payment information
  • Requesting data from third parties
  • Updating schedules and producing reports
  • Maintaining databases
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication skills via email and over the phone
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word
  • Ability to prioritise workload and time
  • Professional manner
