You will report to the Senior Facilities Manager and work with the AY WEM FM team to deliver a high-quality service, ensuring safety and efficient operation.
The role requires NEBOSH/IOSH, strong leadership, and proven FM experience; you will monitor energy usage, coordinate service providers, and prepare reports for clients.
