Responsibilities

  • Working within an established team of Building Surveyors providing technical support for existing clients and developing new clients in the region.
  • Types of work will include the following:

  • Dilapidations
  • Party wall matters
  • Planned maintenance schedules
  • Reinstatement-cost assessments
