Responsibilities
In joining the Building Division, you will enjoy a high quality and diverse range of instructions. The focus of the position is likely to concentrate on Contract Administration and Project Management, together with professional matters. Your duties will include:
- Contract administration and Project Management
- Project Monitoring
- Building technical due diligence surveys
- Dilapidations
- Planned maintenance schedules
Qualifications
The successful candidate should be a well-rounded ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor with a solid background in technical due diligence work, professional and project work. Candidates would ideally have experience working in the office, and industrial sectors, and with fund orientated clients. Experience working with Local and/or Central Government clients will also be beneficial in this role.
We welcome candidates keen to maintain a mixed and flexible “diet” of varied surveying work whilst working with us to continue to expand our client base, whilst servicing existing and established clients. You are expected to be fully comfortable with working in a multi-disciplinary Chartered Surveying and Engineering environment, shall be conversant with the West Midlands market and have excellent technical skills and commercial acumen.
