The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 £ per year.

Your role will be to carry out valuation instructions efficiently and with a high degree of independence within the context of the wider Valuation Team. This will include the preparation of concise, and accurate valuation reports ready for Director review and sign-off. Day to day, you will be expected to collaborate with valuation colleagues and to assume personal responsibility for valuation instructions. You will be encouraged to work smartly and efficiently in order to maximise profitability.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 software
  • Proficiency in using valuation software, ideally including KEL and Argus Developer, although training in these applications can be provided where required
