As a graduate building surveyor, you will participate in client engagements across all stages of property development, providing technical assessment and supporting marketing, construction, leasing, and asset management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support project teams in technical surveying of new and existing buildings.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports, charters and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders to manage project delivery.
  • Identify and interpret commercial landscape and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to changing project conditions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Building Surveying (RICS‑accredited) or related discipline such as Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Postgraduate conversion MSc in Building Surveying (RICS‑accredited) acceptable for non‑cognate degree holders.
  • Strong interest in progressing toward RICS chartership (APC).
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to produce concise reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented approach managing multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and other building‑surveying software.
