The Guest Service Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the Front Office operation and leading the team to ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues are trained and working safely at all times whilst delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving and being adaptable are attributes required in the role. An eye for detail and for delivering memorable guest experiences for our guests make this a lovely role for someone who wants to have a real impact on our guest experience. The role is a hands-on role for someone who can lead a team to strive for excellence.
The Guest Service Team Leader will be an experienced Front Office operator with the drive and passion to develop; we will help you grow into a manager and develop skills and knowledge in Front Office and Housekeeping. The role will report to the Guest Service Manager and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstrable experience in Front Office.
