The Guest Service Manager - Front of House Manager will be responsible for the Front of House operation and team, managing group bookings and ensuring a warm welcome for all guests. They will lead the team to ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues are trained and working safely at all times whilst delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
