The Chef De Partie will play an integral role in the kitchen team, it’s a great opportunity for a passionate Chef to join the team. Our Chef De Partie will have passion and commitment to quality, show teamwork to run the kitchen and support the preparation & production of food to high standards with the autonomy to share vision and experience to deliver quality dishes. You will have a voice in menu design and development.

The Chef De Partie is an integral member of the kitchen brigade and will strive to produce an exceptional food experience whilst ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety standards are adhered to. The Chef De Partie will have previous chef experience, have an eye for detail & a passion for perfection. You will have a passion for quality and service, have exceptional organisational skills and be able to work using your own initiative.

As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with the hotel’s standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain efficiency and excellence in service.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a Hotel, Restaurant, or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices (e.g., HACCP and Food Safety certification preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Sound operational background.
