Aviservis is recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly respected in-flight catering company that provides premium catering services to commercial, private and VIP aviation clients across UK airports. We are looking for professional and customer-focused HGV Class 2 Airside Drivers to join a fast-paced airport operation. This role is ideal for experienced drivers who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and can deliver exceptional service while operating within strict safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive and operate HGV Class 2 vehicles within airport and airside environments
  • Deliver and collect inflight catering products to and from aircraft according to operational schedules
  • Load and unload catering equipment and products safely and efficiently
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately
  • Report accidents, incidents and near misses in line with company procedures
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism when representing the business
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with airline staff and airport stakeholders
  • Follow all health & safety, security and airside operational procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including shifts, weekends and varying start/finish times (24/7 operation)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels
  • Safety-conscious with a professional attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in airside operations or inflight catering would be advantageous, but not essential
