This role focuses on leveraging Business Intelligence and analytical capabilities to improve visibility and data-driven decision-making across Fleet and Operations teams. You will transform operational data into structured, actionable insights that enable performance improvement, cost optimization, and process efficiency. This is a business-facing role requiring strong analytical skills, operational understanding, and the ability to challenge assumptions through data.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with operational stakeholders to understand performance challenges and identify improvement opportunities through data-driven insights.
  • Analyze operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Translate complex operational data into clear performance narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve high-impact dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Perform deeper analytical assessments using statistical and programming tools (e.g., Python or R) when required to support performance optimization initiatives.
  • Support business discussions with structured, fact-based insights.
  • Define, monitor, and help standardize key operational metrics across EMEA markets.
  • Improve and automate recurring reporting processes to enhance scalability and reduce manual workload.
  • Contribute to data governance and ensure consistency & reliability of reporting outputs.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Econometrics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years experience in analytics, business intelligence or similar roles.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience querying operational databases.
  • Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analytical modeling.
  • Experience with data preparation tools (e.g., Tableau Prep, Alteryx, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience applying data science techniques to solve operational performance challenges is preferred.
  • Experience working with performance KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured analytical approaches.
  • Strong data storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
