We\’re looking for an experienced, driven leader to step into the role of Senior Store Manager, a key position that bridges hands-on store operations with broader commercial leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for a current Store Manager to lead through others, and play a pivotal role in shaping both local performance and business direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support and coach a team of store leaders and front-line teams to deliver excellence in service, performance, and engagement.
- Champion employee development, performance management, and succession planning across multiple functions.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations including revenue, utilisation, fleet planning, service delivery, and P&L ownership.
- Set and monitor KPIs and standards, creating clear action plans for continuous improvement.
- Support peak operational periods, including weekends and seasonal surges, as a hands-on leader.
- Deliver against location-specific revenue targets, customer satisfaction goals, and cost controls.
- Work with commercial, partnerships, and innovation teams to roll out new initiatives and pilots.
- Contribute insights and actions to maximise fleet efficiency and rental conversion.
- Build relationships with internal departments such as Fleet, HR, Commercial, and Marketing to align and execute shared objectives.
- Liaise with key local and regional stakeholders including airport authorities, airline partners, and local businesses.
- Represent your location and team in cross-functional meetings, sharing performance updates and business trends.
- Drive change by championing new ways of working, engaging teams in upcoming initiatives, and embedding best practices.
- Create and deliver monthly business updates highlighting commercial performance, team development, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with peers to benchmark performance and identify opportunities to innovate and improve.
