Salary: $13.00/hour with unlimited commission; average full-time earnings around $37,040/year. Shift premium may apply.
We’re hiring immediately. No experience necessary. Join Avis Budget Group’s team and Pick Your Shift, where you decide when you want to work. Available shifts are posted weekly and can be selected from our app, giving you the flexibility to balance work and personal life.

What You’ll Do
- Rent cars and promote Avis Budget Group products and services at airport rental counters
- Process contracts, listen to customer needs, upsell offerings, and provide excellent customer service
- Onboarding: scheduled, paid session to meet the team and get introduced to Avis Budget Group; complete role-specific online learning and in-person skill assessments
- After onboarding, select shifts that fit your schedule

- Bi-weekly hourly wage plus a commission/incentive/bonus plan with unlimited earning potential (up to 3x annual base salary in some locations)

What We’re Looking For
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Professional, engaging personality
- Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
- On-site presence required; not remote
Experience in real estate or retail sales in a fast-paced environment is a bonus (6 months).
