What You’ll Do

  • Design personalized CRM journeys across channels using platforms like Salesforce Einstein, Adobe Sensei, or Braze Intelligence
  • Map and optimize end-to-end journeys with smart triggers, AI logic, and testing frameworks
  • Balance CX with results, improving conversion, retention, NPS, and cost-to-serve
  • Collaborate across teams, including CRM, Ops, IT, and Marketing Science, especially with our international team in Barcelona

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years in CRM/journey design (email, SMS, push, call centers)
  • Experience with AI personalization tools (Einstein, Adobe, Pega, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Journey Builder
  • Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset
  • Collaborative, curious, and comfortable with complexity
