What You’ll Do
- Design personalized CRM journeys across channels using platforms like Salesforce Einstein, Adobe Sensei, or Braze Intelligence
- Map and optimize end-to-end journeys with smart triggers, AI logic, and testing frameworks
- Balance CX with results, improving conversion, retention, NPS, and cost-to-serve
- Collaborate across teams, including CRM, Ops, IT, and Marketing Science, especially with our international team in Barcelona
What You Bring
- 4–6 years in CRM/journey design (email, SMS, push, call centers)
- Experience with AI personalization tools (Einstein, Adobe, Pega, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Journey Builder
- Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset
- Collaborative, curious, and comfortable with complexity
