We are seeking a Group Finance Manager to join our EMEA Controllership Team, where you\’ll play a crucial role in driving financial integrity, efficiency, and accountability across multiple entities.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of three, oversee 10 central legal entities, and work across international markets—including mainland Europe, the UK, and our global headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey.
Your Role At a Glance
- Financial Leadership: Take ownership of the monthly financial close process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOx regulations.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of three finance professionals, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of key financial tasks.
- Audit & Compliance: Oversee statutory financial statement preparation under UK GAAP (FRS 102) and project manage external audits.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and mitigate financial risks.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with finance teams across EMEA, Budapest, and the US to support reporting and financial decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in financial controllership, accounting, and reporting (preferably in an international or corporate setting).
- 3 years post qualified accountant (ACA) or equivalent
- Knowledge of US GAAP, SOx compliance, and UK GAAP (FRS 102).
- A proven track record in leading teams and managing financial processes in a fast-paced environment.
- A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with external audits and statutory financial statement preparation.
