Job Title: HR Data Analyst (Graduate)Location: Bracknell, BerkshireJob Type: Permanent, Full time 37.5 hours per week, minimum 4 days in officeSalary: £30,000 plus possibility of relocation bonusRole Overview:As an HR Data Analyst in the HR Analytics team you’ll play a key role in scoping, designing and delivering HR data driven solutions across the HR function at Avis Budget Group.This will involve turning data into reporting and insights HR teams rely on to make operational and strategic decisions; by building dashboards, applications and interactive models.Key Responsibilities:Use HR data from multiple data sources to create insightful dashboards and applications to support operational and strategic decision makingDesign, build, and deploy solutions that automate HR processes and tasksUsing predictive modelling to forecast KPIs and trendsPerform ad hoc / deep dive analysis to provide deeper insights into identified areasMonitor, maintain and iterate deployed solutions to ensure ongoing performance and reliabilitySupport development of the HR Data Lake to provide an enriched data source of truthContribute to process improvements and build HR Analytics capability across the HR functionSkills & Experience Required:Strong coding skills in Python and SQL, with experience building deployable solutionsExperience with dashboard & KPI reporting solutions (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)Strong data management, ETL, and data analysis skillsFamiliarity with Generative AI / LLM models (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT)Familiarity with Microsoft tools (e.g. SharePoint, Power Platform)Recent degree or equivalent, in relevant fieldSelf-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage multiple prioritiesAvis Benefits:33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, rising with length of serviceEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP) provided by Health Assured – 24/7 support for your mental health and wellbeingEmployee discounts on car rental across Avis Budget Group.Pension contributionFriends and family discountBracknell HQ has free parking and access to a small onsite gymBracknellBracknell ForestUnited Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
