About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and analytically strong FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic EMEA Finance team. Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for Global Overheads across EMEA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking to make an impact and grow within a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly forecasts and annual plans for EMEA Overheads.
  • Review month-end financial results and communicate performance insights to budget holders and senior leadership.
  • Monitor financial performance at both regional and country levels, identifying risks and opportunities to drive a ‘no surprises’ culture.
  • Collaborate with the Shared Services Centre (BSC) in Budapest, local finance teams, and EMEA stakeholders.
  • Review and challenge financial schedules for EMEA Overheads.
  • Support process standardisation and improvements in planning and reporting across the region.
  • Analyse FTE trends and cost drivers to support decision-making.
  • Provide ad hoc project support to the FP&A Manager and wider finance team.
  • Build strong relationships across departments and countries to support effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Part-qualified accountant (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in accounting or financial planning & analysis (FP&A) preferred.
  • Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and confident in challenging the status quo and driving improvements.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with GL and planning systems is highly advantageous.
