The Role
As Revenue Management Manager, you will lead pricing and inventory strategy for the UK market, driving revenue and market performance across both brands. You will manage a small team of analysts and work closely with senior stakeholders in Operations, Fleet and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed revenue and market targets
- Lead and develop a team of Revenue Management Analysts
- Set and maintain effective pricing and rate structures
- Monitor forecasts, optimisation tools and pricing performance
- Partner with Sales, Digital and Operations to maximise contribution
- Track competitors and market trends, providing insight and recommendations
About You
- Strong background in Revenue Management, Pricing or Analytics (ideally car rental or travel)
- Experience managing a small team
- Advanced Excel skills; Python/SQL a plus
- Commercially minded, analytical and proactive
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
