We’re seeking a high-performing Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to lead critical, high-impact initiatives that drive transformation and profitable growth. This role bridges strategy and execution—owning initiatives from concept through delivery and ensuring measurable business results. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and sustained outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, including charter, business case, roadmap, execution, and impact measurement.
- Translate enterprise strategy into clear, prioritized initiatives with defined timelines, benefits, and investment needs.
- Conduct business, financial, and data analysis to assess ROI and inform decision‑making.
- Define KPIs and track performance to ensure benefits realization.
- Manage cross‑functional teams, risks, dependencies, and governance to deliver on time and on value.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, change adoption, and sustained implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years in consulting, strategy, corporate development, transformation, project management, or analytics.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives from concept through execution.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and executive‑level presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SQL and data visualization tools preferred.
