Purpose: Drive revenue growth and service excellence across our Licensee network by identifying sales opportunities, coaching teams, and implementing counter sales strategies. Partner with local and area leaders to boost performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and enhance counter sales and customer service performance.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities and align product sales across channels.
- Analyze performance data, recommend improvements, and support goal achievement.
- Lead and facilitate sales training, coaching, and mentoring for managers and associates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate and execute sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent; fluent in English and local language.
- 3+ years in sales/sales development, including 1+ year in management.
- Strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to travel up to 100%.
