We’re looking for an early careers data-driven HR Analyst to join Avis Budget Group and help shape the future of HR analytics. You’ll play a key role in turning data into insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and building our HR data capabilities from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse HR data and create insightful reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Support development of the HR Data Lake and scalable data processes
- Integrate and automate data from multiple sources
- Deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations to HR stakeholders
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through KPI analysis
- Contribute to process improvements and enhance HR analytics capabilities
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel
- Strong data analysis, ETL, and data management skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (e.g. SharePoint, Power Platform)
- Recent degree or equivalent, in relevant field
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities
