We’re looking for an experienced Head of Property & Facilities to lead the strategic and operational management of our UK estate, covering 21 airport locations and 11 local market sites. Reporting to the UK General Manager, you’ll ensure our properties are safe, compliant, cost-effective and aligned with global store standards—supporting business performance, colleague wellbeing and customer experience. You’ll lead a small specialist team, manage significant budgets and capital projects, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on property, facilities and workplace matters. This role has accountability for compliance, estate strategy, facilities management, supplier performance and continuous improvement across the UK portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading UK property and facilities strategy and delivery
- Ensuring full statutory, H&S and internal compliance
- Managing refurbishments, fit-outs and capital projects
- Overseeing hard and soft FM services and key suppliers
- Managing budgets, contracts and multi-site operations
- Influencing senior stakeholders and supporting the UK Business Plan
About you:
- Proven leadership experience in UK property and facilities management
- Experience managing large, multi-site estates and complex budgets
- Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management skills
- Professional qualifications (or working towards) in FM, Property or Project Management (e.g. IWFM, RICS, PRINCE2)
- Full UK driving licence
