About the Role
We are looking for a capable B2B Marketing Manager to manage key campaigns and initiatives within our growing marketing team.
This role suits a marketer with solid hands-on experience who is comfortable working across marketing automation, email campaigns, website content, lead generation, and sales enablement.
You'll work closely with sales and marketing colleagues, managing your own projects day to day and contributing ideas that help shape campaign approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Automation and Email Campaigns
- Manage the planning, build and execution of email campaigns through Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Build, test and optimise email journeys, landing pages, and nurture flows, applying best practice to improve results over time.
- Monitor campaign performance and put together clear reporting and recommendations for improvement.
- Website Content and Updates
- Manage website content updates (e. g. case studies, product pages, lead generation elements), keeping content aligned with campaign priorities.
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and optimised for SEO.
- Work with internal stakeholders to keep the website up to date and manage day-to-day content priorities.
- Lead Generation
- Plan and deliver lead generation activity across multiple channels (email, web, social, events).
- Manage list segmentation and audience targeting for campaigns, ensuring they are well targeted.
- Track leads and report on conversion performance, flagging opportunities to improve results.
- Agency and Paid Media Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies, including paid media agencies, briefing them on requirements and reviewing their output.
- Monitor agency performance against agreed budgets and targets, and feed back to keep campaigns on track.
- Work with agencies to plan and deliver paid media activity that supports lead generation goals.
- Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, battlecards, and lead follow-up content that help the sales team convert leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their content and campaign needs, and translate these into practical marketing outputs.
- Support the handover of marketing-qualified leads to sales, helping ensure a smooth and well-informed follow-up process.
- Gather feedback from sales on what's working and use it to refine campaigns and materials.
- General Marketing Support
- Create marketing collateral (presentations, one-pagers, case studies) to a good standard of quality and consistency.
- Suggest and help implement improvements to marketing processes and campaign approach.
- Build good working relationships with the sales team and wider business.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a B2B marketing role, with a track record of managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Working experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or equivalent is expected.
- Strong written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Organised and proactive, comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable analysing campaign data and turning it into clear, practical recommendations.
- Confident communicating with stakeholders across marketing and sales.
- Experience supporting sales enablement or working closely with a sales team is a plus.
- Experience managing external agencies or suppliers, ideally including paid media, is a plus.
