Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day administration and configuration of Salesforce, contributing to data integrity, user access across the region.
- Assisting with user account management, including onboarding new users, deactivating leavers, and helping to ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
- Carrying out mass data operations and bulk updates to keep the CRM accurate, well-structured, and aligned to business needs.
- Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, list views, and approval workflows that give the Commercial team clear visibility and control.
- Supporting Salesforce adoption by delivering training, providing hands-on assistance, and promoting best practice across the Sales community.
- Gathering user feedback, participating in the monthly Salesforce Champions call, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve how the platform is used.
- Supporting UAT for system updates and escalating technical issues to the appropriate support channels.
- Tender Management & Tender Support
- Working in close collaboration with the lead Salesperson to manage and complete tender documentation end-to-end, ensuring a harmonised approach that aligns commercial strategy with accurate, compelling, and timely responses that meet client requirements.
- Partnering with the lead Salesperson throughout the tender process to ensure consistency of messaging, a joined-up client narrative, and a unified submission that reflects both commercial and operational strengths.
- Maintaining and updating the Corporate Value Proposition to ensure it remains differentiated, accurate, and aligned to brand standards.
- Completing ancillary documentation and conducting ad hoc global mapping in support of tender submissions and account reviews.
- Supporting and contributing to Eco Vadis sustainability assessments and related submissions.
- Will contribute to the global onboarding of the new Tender Management System, working alongside colleagues, international stakeholders, and external vendors to support timely and consistent delivery across all regions.
- Will support the global integration of the Tender Management System with ABG platforms, including Salesforce, to ensure data flows are accurate and processes are aligned worldwide.
- Will help to design and deliver training to drive confident and consistent adoption of the new tool across global Sales teams.
- Will contribute to the creation of user guides and supporting materials, manage hyper care, gather post-launch feedback, and work with the wider team to drive continuous improvement.
- Will support UAT and sign-off processes prior to go-live.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform, with the ability to support day-to-day usage and data management.
- Experience managing tender processes collaboratively with Sales stakeholders, ensuring high-quality responses are consistently delivered under time pressure.
- Experience identifying and driving improvements to existing tender processes, embracing AI and automation technologies to elevate response quality and improve overall efficiency.
- Open-minded approach to emerging tools and ways of working, with experience recommending and implementing new technologies where they add value to the tender process.
- Experience contributing to system implementation, onboarding, or change management projects as part of a team, ideally with a global or cross-regional dimension.
- Confident trainer and communicator, able to engage and upskill stakeholders at varying levels of technical ability across different geographies.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools in a professional setting, with a track record of adopting new practices that drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
