Role Overview

We are looking for curious, technically strong graduate students passionate about AI who want to see their work make a real impact in a global business. You will contribute to live data and AI projects, help educate stakeholders on AI implementation, and bring fresh thinking to how we leverage emerging technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contribute to active AI and data engineering projects, working alongside senior engineers and analysts.
  • Help build, test, and document AI-powered features or data pipeline enhancements.
  • Translate AI concepts and project findings into clear language for non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Showcase and explain your GitHub projects and prior AI work, helping to establish best practices within the team.
  • Support the creation of internal training materials or demos that help employees understand AI implementation.

What You'll Bring

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related discipline.
  • Active GitHub profile with at least one substantive AI or machine learning project.
  • At least one prior project using AI/ML tools or techniques (academic, personal, or professional).
  • Previous internship or work experience in a business or technology environment.
  • Strong communication skills — able to bridge technical and non-technical conversations.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and naturally able to teach diverse stakeholders about AI topics.
  • Comfort with Python and familiarity with common AI/ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, HuggingFace, OpenAI API).

Bonus Points

  • Experience with data engineering tools (SQL, pandas, dbt, Airflow).
  • Exposure to LLMs or generative AI in a practical context.
