Senior Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Delivery Office within Tech, Data & AI. In this strategic delivery role you will partner with senior business leaders to shape ideas, define solutions and lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives from concept through to successful delivery. The role is based in the London office and involves a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex technology and business transformation initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, shape business requirements and define delivery approaches that balance customer needs, business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions and influence decision‑making throughout each initiative.
• Oversee programme governance, manage risks, dependencies and investment decisions while leading cross‑functional teams and third‑party partners.
• Apply Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall methodologies to ensure delivery remains focused on meaningful business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities where emerging capabilities, including AI, can improve customer experience, delivery effectiveness and business performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex technology and business transformation programmes from concept to successful implementation.
• Experience operating as a strategic business partner, helping shape initiatives rather than solely delivering predefined requirements.
• Strong consulting or advisory experience with the confidence to challenge thinking and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading discovery workshops, facilitating requirements gathering and shaping delivery approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Strong programme and project governance experience, managing multiple workstreams, budgets, risks, dependencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience leading delivery across Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear recommendations.
• Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities where they can deliver business value.
• Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft365.

Desired Skills

• Experience within travel, loyalty or digital product organisations.
• Experience working across large, matrix organisations with multiple business units.
• Professional certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, SAFe or Agile.

Work Arrangement

This role is based from our London office. We follow a hybrid approach, requiring that you spend at least two days each week in the office while working remotely the remainder of the time. Occasional work may be required at other office or partner locations, depending on business needs.
