Reporting to our Lead People Partner, you'll embed yourself in your domain(s) to shape and deliver people priorities that drive performance, support change and strengthen organisation effectiveness. This is a broad, hands-on role offering real exposure and influence, where you'll balance strategic input with practical execution, working across organisation design, transformation and day-to-day partnering. Sitting within a lean, high-impact People team, you'll build strong relationships, contribute to key organisational decisions and gain visibility across the organisation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on pace, variety and the chance to develop a well-rounded partnering skillset in a commercially focused, evolving organisation.
This role is based out of our London office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend — it's about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and to-do list.
What you'll get up to:
- You'll act as a trusted partner within your domain(s), helping to shape priorities on people, organisation and change.
- You'll build deep knowledge to identify where people, structure and ways of working can unlock stronger performance.
- You'll play a key role in shaping change across organisation design, transformation and evolving operating models, including how teams, roles and ways of working adapt as technology and AI reshape the organisation.
- You'll balance strategic input with hands-on delivery, from leadership discussions through to execution and follow-through.
- You'll share organisational insight into the People team to shape impactful, relevant people initiatives.
- You'll challenge constructively and operate with agility in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- You'll build strong relationships quickly, driving momentum and contributing to a high-impact, collaborative People team.
What we need from you:
- You'll have proven experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partnering role within an AI-first and growth-oriented Technology / Product-led business.
- You possess a strong commercial mindset, able to connect people decisions to business strategy, performance and long-term outcomes.
- You have experience in change and organisation design, with confidence operating in ambiguity and shaping evolving structures and ways of working.
- You're a credible influencer, able to confidently challenge senior stakeholders thoughtfully and navigate complex or sensitive decisions.
- You're curious and forward-thinking, with an interest in how AI, technology and new ways of working are reshaping organisations.
- You have strong judgement and strategic thinking, able to connect local decisions to wider organisational impact.
- You're pragmatic and adaptable, with a sleeves-rolled-up approach suited to a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- You're comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and you're happy to get into the detail when needed.
We might not be right for you if:
- You only want to focus on your to-do list; we're a small, high-performing team, we help each other to succeed.
- You value perfection over fast iteration and progress; IAG Loyalty moves fast, we learn and iterate as we go; our environment isn't right for everyone.
- You prefer a steady-state role with fixed processes; this role is best suited to someone who is curious, embraces change and is motivated by continuously improving how the business works.
If you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please do still apply.
