In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and ambitious UK & Ireland commercial team, where collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement are key. You will work in a fast-paced, international setting, with the opportunity to play a key role in driving our commercial performance.

As we enter an exciting new chapter following the retirement of our incumbent Senior Business Manager later this year, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual to take ownership of some of our most strategically important distributor relationships in the UK Foodservice market, primarily in the South of England. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the heart of Aviko’s UK commercial operation.

  • You manage and develop relationships with Aviko’s key UK foodservice distributors, with a strong focus on driving growth within the Local Fast Food channel.
  • You develop and deliver account plans and joint business plans aligned with the UK & Ireland commercial strategy.
  • You drive profitable growth by expanding distribution, product range and new business within existing networks.
  • You actively monitor performance and identify commercial opportunities using data (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI) and market insights.
  • You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, supply chain, finance) to optimise customer value, availability and service.
  • You lead and develop Key Account Manager(s), build a high-performing team and ensure clear objectives, coaching and continuous development.
  • You hold full P&L responsibility, drive revenue, margin and growth targets, and lead commercial negotiations with distributor partners.
  • You collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring a strong and consistent route-to-market and representing Aviko professionally in the market.

You are an experienced commercial professional who knows how to make an impact in a complex foodservice environment.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food/drink sales, including several years within UK foodservice.

  • Proven experience managing large distributors and wholesale networks.
  • Strong commercial mindset with full P&L responsibility.
  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with data, pricing and performance management.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.
  • You are located in the South of England and willing to travel extensively within this area.
