The Digital Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for driving demand and accelerating sales through digital‑first trade marketing initiatives across the foodservice channel. What will you do?

  • Develop and implement digital trade marketing plans aligned with commercial and category growth targets, translating strategies into impactful campaigns that drive distribution, rate of sale and penetration.
  • Deliver and optimise customer lifecycle marketing across the UK & Ireland, including lead generation, CRM journeys, marketing automation and multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp) to drive engagement, conversion and retention.
  • Drive Aviko’s brand visibility and conversion across wholesaler digital touchpoints, optimising use of retailer portals, e‑commerce platforms and CMS to influence purchase decisions at the point of choice.
  • Lead trade marketing with key customers, strengthening Aviko’s branded presence across their digital channels to increase end‑user awareness and new business conversion.
  • Collaborate with international trade marketing colleagues to share best practices and localise global initiatives for the UK & Ireland market.
  • Lead Search Everywhere Optimisation (SEO, GEO, SGE & AEO) and support Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimisation, reporting and performance improvement.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on digital KPIs, translating insights into clear actions, opportunities and next steps.
  • Support integrated digital campaigns aligned with broader brand and commercial priorities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise execution and visibility.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities in AI and automation to improve efficiency, speed of execution and marketing personalisation.

What do you bring?

  • Experience in a digital trade marketing role within an FMCG environment, with hands‑on delivery across channels such as website content, SEO, email, paid search and campaign reporting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including customer journeys, content performance and lead generation.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, technical website best practices and key digital platforms such as GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.
  • Experience working closely with customers, understanding their business needs and translating these into effective trade marketing solutions that drive category growth.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong copywriting and content editing skills for digital channels.
