Job Summary
Responsible for optimizing customer processes and conditions while providing education to external customers on how to run Avient materials. Includes tooling design and flow modeling. Troubleshoot issues raised by customers. May be accountable for or participate in resolving customer complaints. May develop new application or product launch testing plans, analyze data, and communicate results. Requires over three years of relevant experience with minimal supervision.

- Identify technical specifications required for established Avient customers.
- Document and prepare product specifications, incorporating Avient products and services into customer applications.
- Participate in resolving customer complaints/issues.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
