The Practice: Our 2 Testing Room Practice is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Optometrist to join our growing team. We focus on patient care over test speed and targets, and are looking for a like-minded individual to contribute to our shared philosophy. All the latest equipment from Auto-Phoropters to OCTs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using advanced technology, including retinal imaging, assisted by pre-screening equipment.
- Offer professional advice and recommendations tailored to patients' individual needs.
- Provide exceptional patient care with empathy and understanding, ensuring a comfortable experience while adhering to GOC guidelines.
- Collaborate with our experienced, friendly team to exceed patient expectations.
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge, staying informed about industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Optometrist with current registration with the General Optical Council (GOC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong patient and colleague relationships.
- Sharp clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
- Desire for continuous learning and improvement.
