The role at a glance: As Talent Attraction Specialist, you’ll be responsible for shaping how we attract, engage and retain top talent. You will create innovative employer branding and recruitment marketing content across a range of social media channels, helping to raise awareness of career opportunities and increase applications across two of our agencies. Through compelling storytelling and engaging campaigns, you'll bring our culture, values and employee experience to life, strengthening our employer brand and supporting our hiring goals for our experiential and tactical agencies. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller with a passion for people, employer branding and bringing organisational culture to life. You'll thrive in this role if you can combine social media expertise, content creation and stakeholder management skills to transform talent acquisition strategies and recruitment data into engaging campaigns that attract and connect with top talent.

About the Team: The People Team are key to cultivating a high-performing and inclusive workplace for the Avidity Group. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you’ll join a team of HR experts, L&D professionals and talented recruiters, supporting people team initiatives and recruitment objectives through innovative talent attraction strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing: Your key responsibilities include:

  • Design and execute recruitment marketing/employer branding and attraction campaigns in line with Avidity Group Talent Acquisition Strategy.
  • Ownership of two of our agency’s talent social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook).
  • Digital content creation – video, imagery and copy.
  • Ensure employer brand messaging and visual identity is in line with each individual brand’s tone of voice and brand guidelines across multiple channels.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across agencies and the People Team to identify content opportunities and create engaging recruitment marketing materials.
  • Assist Head of Talent with development of content strategy aimed at showcasing our EVP across multiple channels and collaborate with Avidity Group’s Talent Attraction Specialist on strategic digital attraction campaigns.
  • Help us grow through market insight, researching emerging trends and developing data-led decisions.
  • Work closely with TA team to understand priorities and support recruitment objectives.
  • Optimise digital touchpoints that create a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to drive more applications.
  • Attract and engage both active and passive talent from a diverse background, increasing our reach to underrepresented groups.
  • Support with updating recruitment assets such as job descriptions and candidate interview packs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on ad-hoc employer brand projects and provide creative support for a variety of different requests.

*This role requires ad-hoc travel, so you’ll need to be willing to travel across the UK around once a month on average.

What We’re Looking For: You’ll need:

  • Experience managing multiple social media channels, preferably direct-to-candidate marketing within a TA setting.
  • Monitoring, engaging with and organically growing social media following within a talent community setting.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles including social media performance optimisation, audience targeting, search visibility and campaign performance, and have a strong grasp of social media trends.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, brands and platforms.
  • Ability to plan, create and publish engaging content that promotes company culture, employee stories, and career opportunities across a wide range of social media platforms.
  • Campaign management – ability to design and launch targeted social media campaigns to support recruiting efforts for specific teams, roles and hiring events.
  • Analytics and Reporting – experience tracking key metrics, measuring effectiveness of social media campaigns and reporting on social media performance and its impact on hiring metrics.
  • Comfortable storytelling and making recommendations based on key data trends and analytics.
  • Good organisational and time management skills and independently manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
  • Experience of managing relationships and collaborating with a variety of key contacts across all levels.
  • Experience using creative and editing software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience engaging with a talent community and creating talent pipelines.
  • Comfortable and competent understanding of recruitment data.
  • Have an understanding of candidate experience and the recruitment process to create engaging content and communications throughout the attraction and hiring journey.
  • Openminded and experimental attitude towards the use of AI in digital content.
