We are looking for a talented Regional Manager to join our Carlsberg Britvic team. Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks. You will work with leading brands such as Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, Poretti, Robinsons and products from the Pepsi portfolio.

As a Regional Manager, your focus will be on performance managing your field team - ensuring delivery of results through field-based coaching, team meetings, training, development and appraisals. Ideally, you will have experience of leading a field-based team, preferably within the FMCG industry. You will also have experience in a client-facing environment and be strong at building relationships with key stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for the following:

  • People management & team leadership
  • Ownership of team performance in delivering agreed objectives
  • Training, coaching & development
  • Working in partnership with our in-house recruitment team to recruit & retain
  • Commercial insight from the field, providing effective and timely reporting
  • Developing and enacting joint business plans with the Client to deliver results

About you

Ultimately, it is about owning the sales and share performance of Carlsberg Britvic brands across your region and seeking out opportunities to deliver ahead of the market.

Experience required for this role:

  • You will be a highly competitive sales leader with a burning desire to win in the marketplace and the ability to build that culture within your team.
  • Proven track record as a successful Regional Sales Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment - FMCG, Business Development or retail environment.
  • Strong strategic mindset to identify long-term goals, devise effective business development strategies, and make informed decisions that drive substantial sales growth and consistently achieve ambitious targets.
  • Embracing and truly understanding the commercial aspects of the role, being highly organised, strong multitasker and a very strong communicator.
  • Ability to review and analyse sales data to drive sales performance in a region.
  • Being a team player is essential as an inspirational leader of Territory Managers to unlock outstanding sales outcomes and build a winning team.
