We are looking for an experienced and motivated National Field Manager to lead and support our field teams across the country. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering direct-to-consumer activations for both existing clients and new business partnerships. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capability with operational excellence, ensuring teams are engaged, performance-driven, and consistently delivering outstanding results in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support national field teams to achieve performance targets
  • Drive excellence in direct-to-consumer activations across multiple client campaigns
  • Ensure consistent execution and brand representation in the field
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and customer engagement metrics
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of field staff
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver successful campaign outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and commercial growth
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and client service
  • Support new business launches and activation rollouts nationwide
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and reporting requirements

About You:

  • Proven experience managing field sales or activation teams at a national or regional level
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience within direct sales, field marketing, FMCG, telecommunications, utilities, or consumer activations preferred
  • Commercially minded with a strong focus on results and performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Comfortable travelling nationally as required
  • Passionate about coaching teams and creating a high-performance culture
