Are you an experienced Client Lead with a proven track record in a field sales agency environment? Do you have multi-channel experience, with strong experience of managing senior client relationships, and driving commercial success? If so, this could be your next big move.
Our Client Leads operate at a senior level, reporting into a Controller or Director, and play a pivotal role in shaping client success and team performance. We are keen to consider applicants who have operated at a senior level either within a field sales marketing agency setting or have operated client side (brand) with exposure to and strong understanding of field sales. FMCG field sales experience is highly desirable.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Own the client relationship at a senior level, acting as the trusted partner.
- Take full accountability for end-to-end operational delivery.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, including P&L responsibility and KPI delivery.
- Ideally bring people management experience to lead and inspire a field-based team.
- Work autonomously, translating client strategy into clear, actionable plans for our teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the day-to-day client relationship, overseeing planning, performance, and reporting. Using insight from the field, you’ll propose new initiatives, unlock additional business opportunities, improve operations, and support business growth. Your ability to adapt, influence, and constructively challenge will ensure successful delivery while keeping both client and team engaged.
A large part of your role involves data analysis and storytelling, so strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.
