We're looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional with strong employee relations experience who enjoys partnering with managers, navigating people matters, and helping create positive colleague experiences.
You'll provide expert advice and guidance across a wide range of employee relations activity, ensuring people decisions are fair, consistent and aligned with business needs. Working closely with HR Business Partners and managers, you'll play a key role in supporting colleagues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Providing first line HR expert advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters.
- Managing and supporting a broad range of employee relations cases end to end.
- Coaching leaders through people challenges that balances employee experience with business needs.
- Ensuring HR policies and practices are applied consistently and compliantly whilst supporting with updates and required documentation.
You'll have previous experience in an Employee Relations, HR Advisor or HRBP support role.
Experience advising and coaching managers on people issues and employment legislation.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Sound judgement with the ability to balance risk, compliance and colleague experience.
You'll partner with leaders across the business to navigate people matters, helping them make fair, pragmatic decisions that support both business performance and colleague wellbeing.
