Flexible Hybrid Working – Predominantly home-based, with travel to our Glasgow office and other travel as required.

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional with strong employee relations experience who enjoys partnering with managers, navigating people matters, and helping create positive colleague experiences.

You will provide expert advice and guidance across a wide range of employee relations activity, ensuring people decisions are fair, consistent and aligned with business needs. Working closely with HR Business Partners and managers, you will play a key role in supporting colleagues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing first line HR expert advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters.
  • Managing and supporting a broad range of employee relations cases end to end.
  • Coaching leaders through people challenges that balances employee experience with business needs.
  • Supporting formal processes, investigations and required administration and documentation.
  • Ensuring HR policies and practices are applied consistently and compliantly whilst supporting with updates and required documentation.
  • Using people insights to support better business decisions.
  • Working closely with a broad range of stakeholders both internally and externally at all levels.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an Employee Relations, HR Advisor or HRBP support role.
  • Strong experience managing a broad range of ER cases from start to finish.
  • Experience advising and coaching managers on people issues and employment legislation.
  • Experience and confidence supporting people processes within the employee life-cycle.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law with ROI experience advantageous.
  • Experience working within a complex and commercially driven environment.
