Would you like to be part of our Pernod Ricard UK On-Trade team? We are launching a role focused on accelerating the growth of Lillet Spritz Rosé across London. This exciting fixed-term position offers the opportunity to play an integral role in strengthening the brand’s distribution, visibility, and rate of sale across a diverse range of on-trade venues. You will engage with a broad mix of outlets – from French bistros and wine bars to terraces, brunch spots, and premium pub groups – helping to build relationships, support teams in venue, and create moments that bring the Lillet brand to life through sampling, advocacy, sales, and activation. You’ll work closely with our local sales team and central brand team to increase brand presence, secure menu listings, deliver perfect‑serve training, and run engaging on‑trade events.

What will you be doing?

  • Identify new on‑trade outlets that align with the Lillet Spritz RosĂ© brand
  • Drive new distribution, menu listings, and back‑bar visibility
  • Deliver inclusive, welcoming sampling activity — Lillet’s “superpower” — across priority venues
  • Support events and seasonal activations including Aperitif Hour and Le Petit Spritz
  • Ensure POS, menus, and visibility touchpoints are accessible, consistent, and on‑brand
  • Provide supportive, confidence‑building staff training to deliver a consistent perfect serve
  • Collaborate with BDEs/CAEs to strengthen rate of sale in high‑potential accounts
  • Capture insights and feedback to help shape future brand growth

If you enjoy working in varied environments, building meaningful relationships, and creating positive brand experiences, this role could be a great match.

What experience do you need?

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. Experience in field sales, brand activation, hospitality, or any customer‑facing role is helpful, but we’re equally interested in people who can demonstrate the right mindset, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. You will also feel comfortable using a tablet/device to record visit data and insights.

Key strengths include:

  • Confident, respectful, and adaptable communication
  • Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships
  • Sales, influencing, or negotiation skills
  • Experience in brand advocacy, activation, or hospitality (beneficial but not essential)
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused, and collaborative approach
  • Curiosity about spirits, cocktails, or Spritz culture (training will be provided)

Why join our team?

People are at the heart of our business. We are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and able to thrive, and we’re proud of our inclusive approach to work. Alongside your pension, here are some of the key benefits:

  • Up to ÂŁ34k salary per annum plus a performance‑related bonus of up to 10%
  • A workplace that champions equality, inclusion, and diversity
  • Company car & fuel card
  • 23 days’ holiday + public holidays, with the option to purchase 5 additional days
  • Family‑friendly policies, including enhanced maternity and paternity leave
  • Smart working policy supporting flexibility and healthy work/life balance
  • Mental wellbeing support through our Employee Assistance Programme & Grocery Aid
  • Annual pay reviews and access to early pay options
  • Discounts, life assurance (x3 salary), enhanced sick pay, health cash plan, discounted private healthcare & more

If you enjoy managing your own schedule, value variety and autonomy, and have an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
