Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi‐beverage supplier in the UK and is home to a wide range of beer, cider and soft drink brands, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti, Brooklyn, Hobgoblin, Wainwright, J2O, Robinsons, Tango, London Essence and the UK licence rights to Pepsi products such as Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.
What You'll Do
- Work with a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for making face‐to‐face contact with Convenience (Symbol & Independent) retailers, establishing and retaining new business opportunities, and delivering a business plan for your territory focused on maximising sales opportunities.
- Partner with customers by building outstanding relationships in convenience stores, understanding retailers' needs, local consumers, and executing solutions.
- Adopt a full category‐based selling approach to grow and develop every outlet you work with for the benefit of both the retail outlet and Carlsberg Britvic.
- Create a winning territory business plan and take a business‐development approach in your territory to grow sales and market share.
- Use data and evidence‐based retailer successes to drive best practice in your territory, region, and across the team.
- Develop a growth mindset and adaptable approach that demonstrates an ability to offer alternative approaches to tackling challenges and winning over your stores.

- Good administration, organisational and planning skills, commercially astute with great negotiation techniques.
- Self‐motivated & IT and Social Media literate.
- Strong and resilient with the personal energy and will to act at pace.
- Participating as part of a team in a proactive manner.
- Full valid manual driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK and live within a 60‐minute commute from the location of the role, all essential.
What We Offer
