Our Group Insight and Operations team have an exciting 12-month opportunity to join their team as a Business Insight Analyst (Maternity Cover). This is the perfect opportunity for you to work in the central operation of our business in the Avidity Group. What you will be doing?
As a Business Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for territory Modelling & Planning and supporting the Business Development agenda with analysis and actionable insight. Day to day you will be responsible for the following:
- Work with the Business Units and Lead Business Insight Analyst to ensure operational planning processes are completed to brief and on time.
- Work with multi-function teams to ensure process optimisation and market-leading call file warehousing and selection techniques.
- Responsibility to support back office (AFS) process and associated documentation in relation to sales teams and call file management.
- Support the innovation of our call file development/database tools working with the Group Insight and Operations Manager / Strategy & Marketing Director.
- Work across other teams within the group structure to share best practice and support the operational excellence platform.
Do you have what it takes?
Ideally, you will have current working knowledge of retailer’s ways of working but will also have the following:
- Ability to analyse significant volumes of data and identify outcomes/trends.
- Ability to work on your own initiative through effective planning and analytical insight.
- Aptitude and patience to sort out detailed problems.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
- A team player with the ability to work to achieve shared objectives and targets.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word essential.
