Avidity Science is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team on a 1-year fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a unique opportunity to manage complex client projects and ensure their successful delivery.

Your Role:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to scope, price, and document projects.
- Conduct site visits for surveys and detailed planning.
- Manage contracts, subcontractors, and all project documentation.
- Lead project kick-off calls and maintain schedules, budgets, and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements.
- Provide weekly updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee project delivery from initiation to customer handover and support transition.
- Handle post-acceptance actions and ensure accurate project closure.
What Weβre Looking For:
- An industry applicable degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Laboratory Research, Healthcare, or Life Sciences (pure water experience is a plus).
- Chemical or Mechanical Engineering background an advantage.
- French and/or German language skills are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Commercial and contractual awareness.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2, PMP) is advantageous.
- CSCS card.
- Ability to travel to customer locations across UK and Europe.
