The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Can you lead, motivate and engage a field based sales team to deliver results? This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high‑profile multi‑client, multi‑category team. As a Regional Manager your focus will be on performance managing your field team – ensuring delivery of results through field‑based coaching, team meetings, training, development and appraisals. Ideally you will have experience of leading a field based team, preferably within the FMCG industry, and be strong at building relationships with key stakeholders in a client‑facing environment. Your team will cover the North West of the country – Glasgow/Edinburgh, Northeast England, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Stafford, Nottingham and Derby – working with our current customer base and targeting new customers to increase the presence and sales of our clients’ products.

Key Responsibilities

  • People management & team leadership
  • Ownership of team performance in delivering agreed objectives
  • Training, coaching & development
  • Collaborate with the in‑house recruitment team to recruit and retain talent
  • Provide commercial insight from the field and produce timely reporting
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with the client to deliver results

To succeed you will need:

  • Experience in the Convenience and/or Grocery channel is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve team and personal targets.
  • Full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points or previous bans) – subject to a successful DVLA licence check.
  • Comfortable with regular travel and occasional overnight stays.
