Location: Flexible, ideally based in the Midlands or South/South East (home‑based with travel).

Salary: £50‑65k plus car allowance (£480 per month), bonus, private health care, and annual leave purchase and other great benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Own the client relationship at a senior level, acting as the trusted partner.
  • Take full accountability for end‑to‑end operational delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, including P&L responsibility and KPI delivery.
  • Proven people‑management experience, having led and inspired a large field‑based team.
  • Work autonomously, translating client strategy into clear, actionable plans for our teams.
  • Operate at a strategic level, shaping overall account direction, providing leadership across teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and balancing strategic vision with operational delivery to drive strong commercial outcomes.
  • Evidence proven experience operating within multiple channels – particularly Away From Home, Out of Home, Food Service, HoReCa – and a strong understanding of field sales.
